The Journal of Food Sciences and Nutrition published its findings of a study conducted on 70 type II diabetic patients. Patients were subjected to a double-blind testing program.   3. 1,600 mg of it is simply 1/4 teaspoon in lay-man terms and it is the recommended daily dosage.
