Sometime we have a feeling of being fat and uncomfortable. That often happen after we consume heavy meals. This is actually not being fat, this feeling is called as bloating. Lot of people suffer with this feeling as they have bloated stomach after heavy food intake. At times this feeling becomes very unpleasant and keeps a person at unrest.

Avoid any diet that is high in carbohydrates, like alcohol, sugary stuff and starch. If they are not processed properly, they will cause to the unpleasant feeling of bloating. Try to consume low carb diet as much as possible. You can consume blended fruits, berries and vegetables.
Don’t take stress, because if you are exposed to high level of stress, bloating will occur and you can have stomach pain. Consume healthy foods, drinks and try to get out of the stressed situation as soon as possible.
Water is a great liquid to consume and if you are not consuming the required amount of water daily. You can suffer with different diseases and health issues. Coffee and sugar are the biggest reasons of being dehydrated. Bloated stomach is the sign of retention of fluid inside your body. Take plenty of water daily so that your body can regularly be flushed out from toxins and in this way you won’t have to suffer with the unpleasant situation of having bloated stomach. Must consume at least 8 glasses of water daily.

Always eat slowly and by properly chewing your food. If you eat fast, you will have issues with digesting that food which is not finely chewed. eat slowly, take small bites and in this way you will also enjoy you food.
