  1. 2 cups of pineapple (chunks)
  2. 40 gm of raw honey
  3. 40 gm of almond
  4. 7 gm of cinnamon
  5. 1 cup of instant oats
  6. 1 cup natural orange juice
  7. 1 cup of water


  1. Cook the instant oatmeal as it is normally cooked. Add hot water and let it cool down for some time.
  2. Get the chunks of pineapple and squeeze them well to get their juice.
  3. Blend raw honey, almonds, cinnamon, and water along with orange juice. In order to make things easier for you, you can crush almonds before putting them in blender with other ingredients.
