Kidneys are one of the most important part of human body. They are responsible for, excessive fluids or waste, excreting out-of-body. Electrolytic level is kept regulated by them and keep bones strong and healthy, produce more blood cells and stabilize blood pressure.

Most commonly if the kidneys are ill, they can create trouble in urinating process, along with that one feels pressure during the process, less frequent urinating and with small amounts, urine in dark color. Also if urine is in pale color and frequent and large in amount, it is the sign. Foamy urine is also the sign of problematic kidneys.
If the kidneys are healthy they produce EPO (erythropoietin), a hormone that makes more red blood cells which bring oxygen to where is needed. If the red blood cells number is lowered, fatigue will occur and it will have an impact on the brain and muscles too. This is also a sign of severe anemia.
6. Bad/metal like food taste.
Due to the accumulated waste in blood, it change one’s taste to food and cause bad breath mostly. Poor appetite is also one of the sign.
7. Dizziness and bad focus
Reduced flow of oxygen to the brain is a clear sign of anemia, but it also indicated the kidney problem. It will create a problem for a person to focus or concentrate on something and shall make you dizzy and light-headed and cause memory problems.
If you are feeling pain in the upper back, this also could be the sign of kidney problem as it’s more or less a same area where kidneys are placed. Pain can be triggered even more by infections or kidney stones.

Healthy food shall keep your kidneys healthy and as a result they will work properly. But if the problem persists than you must visit your doctor at earliest in order to get proper treatment.
