According to the researchers, people who smoke longer than 5 years, experience health problems like bronchitis and cough more often compared to the others. If you are a smoker, you should try this recipe and positive results will be guaranteed. Following are the ingredients and method of preparation.

Ingredients:

  1. 2 teaspoons turmeric
  2. 1 liter water
  3. Clean and cut onion; 400gms
  4. Brown sugar; 400gms
  5. 1 small piece of ginger root

Preparation:

  1. Take a large pot and boil the water with brown sugar in it.
  2. Then add the ginger root and onion in it.
  3. Then add the specified amount of turmeric and small amount of grated ginger.
  4. Lower the heat when the mixture starts boiling,
  5. Cook until the mixture reduced by half, then turn off the heat.
  6. Let the mixture cool down at room temperature and later store it in refrigerator by pouring it in a jar.

 

How to Use:

Take two tablespoons of this mixture every morning before breakfast and in the evening, two hours after your last meal. As we mentioned in our previous articles that these recipes are quite useful and effective but they are not a magic so to achieve an ideal results, you can do some light exercise during this treatment.

You can enjoy hot bath everyday also if easily possible, at maximum, 20 mins are enough. That way toxins will be eliminated from your body more easily. Inhaling eucalyptus would may also be beneficial.
