This article is about sharing with you an anti-inflammatory smoothie which can easily be prepared at home and also tastes good. Following are the ingredients to prepare this smoothie:
- two cups of pineapple
- One orange
- two pears
- one lemon
- two celery stalks
- one inch of raw turmeric root
- a dash of black pepper
- ½ teaspoon coconut oil
How to Prepare??
- Initially pick the orange, lemon, ginger and turmeric in the above mentioned amount and peel them of carefully.
- Chop and core the pears and pineapples.
- Put all the ingredients mentioned in step 1& 2 (after peeling and chopping) along with all other mentioned above into a blender and blend them at fast speed so that they get evenly mixed and turns into the form of rich smoothie.
Your smoothie is ready and you can consume it right away if you like, otherwise it can be kept in tightly closed jar for 3-5 days.

|Pear||Vitamin C is present in pears in rich amount which is needed to reduce inflammatory arthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.|
