  2. 1 garlic clove (grated)
  3. A teaspoon of honey
  4. A tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  5. A tablespoon of lemon juice

Preparation

The preparation is pretty simple. Just put all the ingredients in a blender and blend for a minute to mix them well. Strain the mixture in the end and store it in a refrigerator for up to 5 days. Use this mixture twice a day, a tablespoon in the morning before breakfast and a tablespoon before dinner. Keep monitoring your blood pressure and you can expect the results in the form of normalized blood pressure within 3 days.
